Our services are available to customers in Pakistan who are:

• 18 years of age or older, or
• Making purchases with parental or guardian consent

By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

Product Information

We take pride in accurately representing our perfumes. All product descriptions, images, and fragrance notes are provided in good faith. However:

• Fragrance perception is subjective and may vary from person to person
• Screen displays may slightly differ from actual product appearance
• Our perfume concentrations (Eau de Parfum, Extrait) are clearly labeled

Our signature collection includes:

Men’s Perfumes: Shahkaar, Meharban
Women’s Perfumes: Gulnaaz, Noor-e-Jahan
Unisex Perfumes: Rooh, Ravaan

Order Placement

When you place an order:

• You are making an offer to purchase
• We reserve the right to accept or decline orders
• Order confirmation will be sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or email
• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)

Pricing Policy

• All prices displayed on our website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice
• Pricing errors will be corrected, and you’ll be notified if your order is affected
• Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options for Pakistani customers:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when your perfume arrives
• Bank Transfer: Direct deposit to our designated account
• Easypaisa/JazzCash: Mobile wallet payments

Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation (except COD). Orders are processed only after payment verification has been completed.

Shipping Policy

We deliver across Pakistan with the following guidelines:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
• Delivery Time: Typically 3-7 business days, depending on your location
• Shipping Charges: Calculated based on your delivery address
• Tracking: You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships

We ship to major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and other locations nationwide.
