Returns & Exchange Policy

Given the personal nature of perfumes, we have specific policies:

Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Damaged or defective products upon arrival
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Sealed, unopened bottles (within 7 days of delivery)

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles (due to hygiene standards)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Complaints made after 7 days of delivery

To initiate a return, contact us immediately with order details and photos. Approved returns will be replaced or refunded within 14 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including:

  • Brand name, logo, and tagline: “Khushboo That Speaks for YOU.”
  • Perfume names (Shahkar, Meherban, Gulnaz, Noor-e-Jahan, Rooh, Rawaan)
  • Product photography, descriptions, and design elements
  • Website layout and written content

…is the exclusive property of #AS KHUSHBOO and protected under Pakistani intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use our platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
  • Misrepresent your identity or provide false information
  • Resell our perfumes without authorization
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property
  • Attempt to harm, disrupt, or compromise our website’s security



Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, #AS KHUSHBOO is not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities (always patch test)
  • Delivery delays caused by courier services or force majeure
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Issues arising from the misuse of products

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law

The laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan govern these Terms & Conditions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Pakistan.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
